We're Hiring: Administrator Assisted Living - CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility)

Location: Milwaukee area

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $50,000-$70,000 per year (based on experience)

Adava Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate CBRF Assisted Living Administrator to oversee daily operations and provide strong leadership at one of our small to mid-sized Community-Based Residential Facilities (CBRF) in the Milwaukee area. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture. The ideal candidate is a compassionate leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and enriching home for residents and staff alike.

Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring daily operations meet DHS 83 regulatory compliance.
  • Conducting resident assessments and developing service plans.
  • Leading staff hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Maintaining strong resident satisfaction and resolving concerns promptly.
  • Managing budgets, financial records, and billing processes.
  • Leading marketing and outreach to support occupancy goals.
  • Ensuring safety, emergency preparedness, and policy compliance.
  • Advocating for residents and maintaining communication with families.

Administrator Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years management or Administrator experience in CBRF, RCAC, Senior Care or Assisted Living facilities.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Heath or Human Services field or equivalent experience.
  • Current Knowledge of the senior living industry and of the regulatory agencies governing practice.
  • Proven strengths in leadership, effective communication, and strong interpersonal skills.

This is an on-site role located in the Milwaukee area.
