Assembler | 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | Clinton, MA

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking Assemblers for both day and night shifts in Clinton, MA . This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing team in a fast-paced electronics production environment. Both entry-level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply!

Location: Clinton, MA

Pay:

• Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM): $19.00/hour
• Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM): $21.00/hour (includes $2.00 shift differential)
• Shifts Available: 12-hour rotating schedule – Day and Night Shifts available

What You’ll Do:

• Place parts manually on circuit boards according to visual and written specifications
• Perform basic, repetitive electronic assembly tasks including labeling and preparation of components
• Inspect assembled parts for proper insertion and alignment
• Use small hand tools and barcode scanners
• Maintain accurate reports and replenish part bins as needed
• Keep workstations clean and organized according to 5S standards
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
• Adhere to company security and quality policies
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with precision
• Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
• Basic experience with assembly tools and barcode scanners preferred
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule
• Positive attitude and ability to work under direct supervision
