• Monday–Friday, 7:00-4:00 or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Long-term temporary assignment
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports the creation and maintenance of a robust database for CITES management. The Data Entry Associate will collect, catalog, and upload information from customs brokers into an internal system, ensuring data integrity, organization, and compliance. Success in this role is defined by accuracy, timeliness, and effective management of large volumes of sensitive documentation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Collect and organize data and supporting documentation from customs brokers
• Gather and catalog cancelled permits and E-3177 forms
• Upload relevant information into the internal CITES database
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain organized digital records
• Communicate updates and progress to internal teams
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience with computer and data entry skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to manage workload effectively and meet deadlines
• Logistics knowledge is a plus
