• Worksite Location: Remote
• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Compensation: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

What you'll do as a Financial Analyst: 

• Manage the end-to-end operational relationship with assigned distributors, focusing on point-of-sale (POS) data and chargeback accounts
• Provide analytical and application support to optimize service, speed, and cost outcomes
• Lead issue resolution and conduct ad-hoc financial analysis in partnership with internal teams and external vendors
• Identify and implement solutions with distributors to improve data accuracy, reduce errors, and enhance overall data quality
• Serve as a mentor and provide leadership within the team, sharing best practices and guiding junior team members
• Support the Quality Team by investigating and resolving data-related cases through Salesforce

What you’ll bring to the Financial Analyst role:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience managing distributor relationships and working cross-functionally
• 5+ years of experience with SAP/Vistex, Power BI, Salesforce cases, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced skills in pivot tables and formulas
• Strong understanding of chargeback claims processing and order management systems
• Proven ability to drive process improvements in chargeback and POS operations
• Experience applying LEAN methodologies; Green Belt training preferred
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
